With so much intense self-discovery you don’t need to travel this year to get where you want to go. But selfcare, patience and realistic deadlines might be in short supply causing stress peaks you don’t need to climb. Self-loving organisation will go a long way to iron out any control dramas or teenage tantrums. But asking for help is going to be one of the best ways to rebalance your hectic pace and reduce stress. Take stock around the end of May and again in August and this will harness flexibility but also leave you space to celebrate and consolidate.
